PER PERSON DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM RESERVATION $400

$400.00 due by March 20, 2022

SECOND PAYMENT

Second payment of $ 650 per person is due June 30, 2022

THIRD PAYMENT

Third payment of $ 650 per person is due September 30,  2022

FOURTH PAYMENT

Fourth payment of $ 650 per person is due January 20,  2023

FINAL PAYMENT

Balance due March 24, 2023

Payments may be made with check, credit card or wire transfer.

NAME LIST DUE

All corrected names are due no later than 75 days before departure

Cancellation CHARGES

After deposit is received and up to 300 days before travel date: $ 325 per person

 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE

• 299 to 180: $ 400
• 179 to 120 days: $ 425
• 119 to 76 :   $ 425+ airline penalty
• 75   days or less:  cancellation charge  is 100%, no refund

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

NAME CHANGE

• Names may be changed up to 76 days before travel date without a change  fee
• Name changes 75 days or less before travel date will be charged $ 175 for the land tour + Airline assessed change fee.

DELIVERY OF TOUR VOUCHERS

 Tour documentation will be delivered no later than 45 days before travel date.

FLIGHT DELAYS & CANCELLATION:

 if there are flight delays or cancellations the airline will provide alternate arrangements.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

A current passport which must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after scheduled return date and must have at least two blank pages for immigration stamps.
Malaria prophylactics is highly recommended
Proof of negative COVID-19 test result may be required

These conditions are specific to the 9 Day /8 Night Exploring South Africa. All conditions must be adhered to in order to maintain the reservation. Any alterations to the above could result in your space being cancelled or a change in the terms and prices.
